Article could be accurately simulated wood set up a mathematical model of low temperature drying moisture content changes, the conservation equations is made up of two coupled, highly nonlinear partial differential equation. Because the wood has anisotropic, mathematical model is established using the finite element method. In order to get an accurate mathematical model of the application in the process of the establishment of the mathematical model of a large amount of mathematical calculation process, including:the establishment of the conservation equations of finite element mesh generation, the discretization process, the calculation of flux, and the solution of the discretization form of matrix equation. Finally verified by the simulation results and analysis by using finite element method to establish the mathematical model of wood drying process of the moisture content distribution of accuracy.Based on the finite element method of the mathematical model of the spatial distribution of lumber moisture content, according to the data provided by the sensor in drying kiln, simulation of the moisture content of wood drying process to be able to accurately space distribution, and can be more intuitive to show the moisture migration process of wood drying, the wood drying quality. In this paper, the research content for the finite element method (fem) was used to study wood moisture distribution and the change process provides the research methods, to strengthen and improve wood drying technology research has a role in promoting.
