On the basis of the research findings achieved by the precedents, some basic data, such as the hydrology, geology, environment-detecting and so on, were collected, then the detection and appraisal of pollution and underwater pollution was done. In order to ascertain the character of the pollution and its approach and the tendency, the mechanism of the underwater system was investigated and the practicable measure was put forward so as to provide the guarantee for the water resources.Firstly, on the basis of having collected the basic data concerned, the investigation and appraisal about the resources of the industrial pollution, living pollution, and the agricultural pollution was archived, in order to get rid of the imperilment of the major pollution to the underwater environment.Secondly, the appraisal of the underwater pollution was done. The degree of the underwater pollution was divided five levels according to the results we have archived, that is unpolluted, minor polluted, light polluted, middle polluted and seriously polluted. On the basis of the degrees, we can analyze the rule of the underwater pollution.Thirdly, on the basis of as curtaining the kinds and the number of the resources of the pollution, the study of the mechanism of the underwater pollution system was done. By the experiment of soil columniation, the ability of the soil purify was studied in order to reappear ant the transfer and movement of the dirty in the soil and to simulate the penetration of the long-term duration of the water, and the prevention and separation of the soil to dirty. Then in the article, the tendency of underwater pollution was forecasted and analyzed and the technological measure was lodged which has realism meaning to protect and father the underwater environment and achieve the predictive usage of the underwater resources.
