Recently, the compute technology has developed rapidly, there are many water modeling software. Surface-water modeling system is one of the most excellent software. That make us have new way in controlling water pollution.After the overall evaluating the waterway of Fuzhou city is given in this dissertation, the software of Surface-water modeling system is adopted to construct the hydrokinetic modeling and water quality modeling for a part waterway. The method of respondent coefficient is adopted to calculate the water Environment capacity, and the pollution loading rate needed to be cut down is got.According to the research results in this dissertation, the pollution of waterway haven't got fundamental improvement due to recent dilution, and the status of pollution of waterway still remains terrible. Dilution is just a temperate method for harnessing the pollution of waterway, and how to truly harness it needs starting with the management and planning of the source of pollution.According to the calculating capacity of water environment, we can get an effective and feasible method for harnessing the pollution of waterway. The research provides us with a new thought and a kind of method for planning and management. By which we can suppose several schemes for handing sewage, and get the most economical and scientific one by compare with the difference of water quality of difference schemes. So we can use the most economical method to make the best quality of water.Recently, the calculation of water environment capacity has become a focus on the research of environment science. There are many different calculating method for different purposes, but most of them can't be widely used because of the limitation of the condition of application, numerous calculation, and a large of data of hydraulic and water quality needed. SMS is adopted to simulate the water quality and respondent coefficient to calculate the capacity of environment. The calculate is simple and easy to be comprehended, so it is a quite effective calculating method and deserves to be extended. |
