The reinforced composite plastic pipe with steel frame is a new kind of environmental protection tubing and there is no criterion for its intensity design and applied security at present. Using the finite element software, ANSYS, the author analyzed the mechanical mechanism and deformation of reinforced composite plastic pipes with steel wire frame and steel plate frame, which have been put into service. Applied the finite element method to simulate the process of rupture, the results and developed the computing formulas for deformation, rupture pressure and engineering applied pressure are analyzed. In the meanwhile, based on the analytic method of approximation theory, the computing formula for rupture pressure of composite pipes is deduced, the validity and rationality of the finite element model and analytic method of approximation theory are proved. The author's research work concentrated on the following,1. Analyzing diverse factors' effect on the results in the modeling process, establishing a finite element analyzing program which offered a reference model for following research.2. Analyzing temperature's effect on the deformation of composite pipes, discovered the deforming process of tubing from elastic deformation to plastic deformation, researching the elasticity coefficients under different temperatures and deducing the related formula which reflected the relation between the elastic deformation in outer and internal surface of composite pipes and pressure on them along with the temperature changing.3. Analyzing the effect from temperature on the mechanical properties of composite pipes, ascertaining the stress change at the point with the largest stress along with pressure changes, and deducing the correlation curve and formula among temperature, critical elastic pressure and rupture pressure.4. Analyzing the effect on mechanical properties of composite pipes from filament wound construction of steel wires and space between in axial direction.5. Contrasting the rupture pressure, critical elastic pressure and deformation of this kind composite pipe to plastic pipes with the same thickness, and testifying the advantages of this kind composite pipe.6. Deducing the computing formula for analytical solution of approximation theory and using experiments to testify the compute and contrasting the three computer methods. In a word, the author has done some groundwork in this area, and the validity of the compute model is proved by many examples in this thesis. Those research methods and results not only lay a foundation for optimum design and reliability consideration, but also have important guidance function for engineering construction.
