Therefore, to the frame of the strength, stiffness and vibrationcharacteristics research is very important, and to ensure the security and stability of theframe.First of all, introduce some of the basic theory of the finite element method and finiteelement analysis software, to fully understanding the characteristics of various analysissoftware, combined with the specific requirements of the static and dynamic analysis of theframe, ANSYS is the reasonable selection of the large finite element analysis software.Establishes the geometric model of the frame by using the SolidWork software, Thenthrough the format conversion, will be introduced to large analysis software ANSYS,Carries on the intensity and the stiffness analysis to it, according to the stress analysiscloud chart, discovers the frame stress most centralized spot, according to the displacementcloud chart, discovers the frame weakest spot, then carries on the intensity and the rigidityexamination to it, confirms whether to satisfy requests.Carries on the modal analysis by using the finite element method to the frame,extraction the first ten steps the natural frequency and its corresponding typical mode ofvibration, analyzes various steps modality the mode of vibration figure, discovers causesthe primary factor which the rolling-mill housing vibrates, provides the theory basis for thelater colleague designers as well as the scene staff.Finally, according to the stress analysis of the cloud, and concludes that the pressurethe nut hole transition arc place is most concentrated stress to the parts of the frame, is theweak link of frame, the application of the model to the analysis method of son carries onthe analysis, the improvement, put forward the improvement plan, improve the service lifeof the rolling mill.
