With the rapid development of industry, the rely for oil is larger and larger, the demand for oil with better performance, the pipeline is one of the main energy sources. The safety of pipeline is very vital to one country, however, the case that the pipeline was destroyed. The destroyed of pipeline for natural or man-made is preparation in their transport course. The pipeline stopper took significant part in the maintain process.With the development of computer technology, owing to the characteristics of short periods,low cost,high precision, the analysis of the Finite Element Method (FEM) has became the general way to solve the complex company problems. The FEM technology is widely used in the design of engine parts, and improves the reliability of design, optimizes the structure, shortens the periods of design, declines the cost of design, thereby increases the competition of products in the market.The working state of the DNF pipeline stopper was analyzed; Baffle and knighthead problem of pipeline stopper crossing-over were analyzed by method of combining of material mechanics, dynamics and FEM, analyzed the working states of the baffle system and knighthead system. At last, mathematical model was created and illustration analysis was gotten on the process of analysis.The stress states were seen, creased the stopper model by Pro/E and assembled and dynamic simulated. The reciprocity among the every model was clearly seen and the worry was broke out in the design process. large number of money and time which we can cost in trails, were saved.On the basis of knowledge of finite element of the device in-depth analysis, used the contact nonlinear analysis to carry on the analysis to the back plate system, obtained baffle stress distribution situation and the change rule, to carries on the finite element simulation unyielding, discovers should set up the focus point, the design development and the equipment improves lays the good foundation. Using the finite element method to pipeline's static, and carries on the contrastive analysis, thus causes the conclusion even more rationalize and the scientific style, in the entire parsing process, used the APDL language to establish each question ANSYS procedure, was advantageous carries on the pipeline trap similar question the analysis processing.By those research works, we summarized some experiments of analysis and disposal, and accumulate lots of basic data. We have been the precedent of using the advanced design technology in the process of exploiting and designing the new products, especially in the main structure capability. That establishes the base for generalizing the use of the FEM technology and further designing for the high quality engine, which has the significant demonstrating meaning for the improvement of enterprises'exploring capabilities and the work of pipeline's design and exploitation for the future.
