Since the technology quick develops, the amount of demand of flux is increasing in IT,spaceflight,navigation,electronical technology,at the same time the demand of the performance of flux is rigidly requested。Thereby analyzing the excellent import flux is a shortcut for developing our flux.For shorten the gap of inner plant and outer craft brother the task was entrusted by the inner plant analyze the import flux. So that knows the development, serve as the reference for the inner plant. This paper analysis the import flux by the means of TLC and column chromatography. First dissolve the sample and then separate into organic part (flux) and inorganic part(solder) of the sample by centrifugation. On the basis of the literature select the developing solvent(CHCl3:95%CH3CH2OH:25%NH3H2O:H2O=35:30:2:2),the experiment clearly shows the four spots on the silica gel plate that has activated for 50min at the temperature of 110°C, the Rf values of the four spots are 0.40,0.53,0.69,0.85,optimize the running phase(petroleum ether:CH3COOC2H5:CHCl3:HCOOH=49.5:5.5:40.5:4.5)by the means of graphic presentation, the Rf values of the four spots are 0.26,0.38,0.49,0.57.Separate and enrich the component of flux by column chromatography employing the mobile phase selected by TLC and the gradient mobile phase.
