This paper is mainly studying simulating the all-process of delayed cooking. The delayed cooking equipment process mainly consists of heating furnace, coke drum, fractionating tower and some other simple units. Since the heating, coking and fractionating are focused on this study, heating furnace, coke drum and fractionating tower are established and the suitable solution way is selected. Dynamic simulation system finally formed is also used to the real time simulation and practical process, which obtain the good effect.In this paper, heating furnace's simulation is used simplify simulation. The burning's occurring and finishing are considered happening in the same time when fuel was brought into the furnace. And it use average conduct-heat efficient to express conducting heat that can be affected by kinds of undefined factors. Coke drum's simulation: according to the principles of residue thermal cracking and characteristics of commercial delayed coking process, a 12 lumped kinetic model for delayed coking has been established. Fractionating tower simulation is used the modeling method. The main idea of that is according to the dynamic state character of transmission of gas state and liquid state. Fractionating tower can be divided into many sections. Every section would be abstracted as a fictitious theory standing. The gas state and liquid state of every standing can reach state equilibrium. Fractionating tower model is established through establishing model of equilibrium flash vaporization.After establishment of the above-mentioned model, we have discussed the results of stable simulation. The results of the model have approached the practical data, reflected the basic principles of delayed coking process and can be applied to thesimulation of technical cooking. As a whole process of technology simulation, The whole simulation process is good to reflect the running conditions of equipment due to its great mechanism and it has the great dynamic character. The simulation results can be used not only for the simulating training but also for the technology upgrade and control system study. This research has successfully applied in the systemic analysis on the DuShanZi Chemical Factory.
