This paper developed a complete set of all the process level of the simulation training system of 680000 tons/year coal-to-liquids purification units for the domestic a state-owned coal enterprise, and used training operators and new worker, and optimized the related devices by process engineers.The main research content of this paper includes the mathematical model development and simulation technology DCS (Honeywell PKS) system development. The construction of the mathematical models is based on the sequential module method. On the one hand, some models of general chemical units are adopted from the PSSP plat of the company named East Simulation, on the other hand, in view of the mathematical models without in the module library we develope the mathematical models. The configuration contents of the Simulation of DCS system are point configuration, standard configuration, a group configuration and accident configuration.This paper introduces the general chemical simulation unit models which are heat exchanger model, complex tank model, centrifugal pump model, compressor model and pipe model of branching and merging. Development process of mathematical model of the carbon monoxide conversion reactor and absorption tower of rectisol plant were introduced in detail. Carbon monoxide conversion furnace uses the simplified dynamic model. According to the requirements of the simulation, we only considers the main reaction and side reaction product parameter is identified by the actual data obtained. So we simplify the calculation of model and ensure the accuracy of the model. According to the dynamic characteristics of gas-liquid two generation of the absorption tower we simplify the algorithm of mathematical model.This simulation training software is based on the physical mechanism and chemical principle of the chemical process equipments and we construct and bridge mathematical models. So from the process of simulation data and actual operation we can see that it can be very good effect of the reaction the practical operation of real devices. The situation of mathematical models is more applicability, real-time response speed and steady state simulation speed are better. Simulation training software helps these operators saving a lot of time in training and making them in a relatively short period of time mastering a few years of experience and technology. Also simulation training software saves money and improves the efficiency for the enterprise.
