Establishment Of TCM's Fingerprint Dtabase And Evaluation Of TCM's Fingerprint

Study on Chinese Traditional Medicine(TCM)`s fingerprint and evaluation of TCM's quality are hotspot subjects to TChl's modernization.In this paper,on the base of chromatogram analyse and the object of the data which came from tne experiments on TCM and searching correlative fields,the method of establishment of TCM`s fingerprint and it`s evaluation have been researched. The establishment method of reference fingerprint has been analysed,and discuss the establishment the arithmetic of fingerprint common model.Extract retention time and area of peaks as the fingerprint characteristic,after examining the applicablity of arithmetic comprihan synthetically.Then on this base ,the chromatoram anslyses of Qinpi has been done,and review the retention time and area of peaks,there are 14 peaks have been selected as reference chromatoram diagram of Qinpi.Using suit arithmetic the data of fingerprint has been extracted and then the fingerprint data of Qinpi was created.Besides,the TCM of Zicao,Huihua,ciwujia was also experienced,analysed and extracted out the fingerprint data,and then created the fingerprint database of few TCM.So all above bright auto-evaluation of TCM`s fingerprint with possibility. On evaluating of TCM`s fingerprint ,there are two principles of integer and fuzzy must be taken into count.It is no use of any isolated peak to the evaluation of fingerprint,and should not spit the integer information of chromfatorag diagrams.At the same moment,it should not evaluate the fingerprint by pile up the chromatorm diagrams machinically. By evaluating the ratio of overlap of fingerprint,the similarity of chemical composition between different specimen from the view of quality.And it can be used in the discrminate of TCM.By evaluating the n-peaks,the content of main chemical composition can be distinguished from the view of quantity,and it can be use in examming the quality stability of TCM.And the evaluation of integer similarity can be use in distinguish of fingerprint finely.In this arithmetic, the membership value was clculated according to the adjacence value between of the specimen fingerprint and the standard one,and then integer similarity between them was calculated by using the method of average or special restriction.Practically the TCM`s facticity and quality can be illuminated intuitively by utilizing the above quantitative parameter.The inside quality stability of TCM can be show well from the evaluation results. Any one of all above arithmetics only can evalute some aspects of fingerprint.And as complex as TCM is ,the corrective evluation is hard to obtain.In short,a greate deal of information derived from many aspects and many methods must be used,and the integer and fuzzy should be considered simultaneous.And the complex evaluation must be done,then the more objective conclusions can be obtained.
