| This paper analyzed the milling theory of the tenonning machine, and the cutting force and power are calculated, it also introduces many kinds of cutters. In introducing the structure of the tenonning machine, we design the drive circuit. With the research of computer system and interface technology, the interface card project is formed, card designed, principal drawings drawn, chips illuminated. In the design of mechanism system, the principal axis and strap are analyzed especially about their design, calculation and check. The Least Difference Theory is applied in the interpolation program.
