The numerical control processing is the development tendency ofmechanical manufacture toward the high grade, the high accuracy, the highrate of finished products and the high efficiency.In view of radiator module (non-standard ellipse endsurface seal)welding question , this paper has provided the development of thenumerical control multi-locations automatic argon arc welding devicecontrol system carried on the the Windows platform.And dividing thesoftware into the real-time control part primarily concentrating on thefirst floor hardware driver,and the upper control software.The paper has narrated the working principle of the special-purposewelding apparatus the numerical control and its system'shardware:industry PC(IPC), PCL-839 stepping motor control card,stepmotor and step motor driver.The paper has narrated the general structureand its fuanction modals in detail.I adopt visualized,high efficientand great flexible VC++6.0, object-oriented programming environment todevelop the control system. I have designed the surface and developedthe file's input and its edit,decoding,graphical display,simulationprocessing, manual processing,automatic processing as well as thecontrol of the switch of the Argon arc welding machine and PCL-839card. Finally ,the paper gives the concrete operation of the thisnumerical control system and has confirmed the control system which theauthor has developed is successful.The system has the good man-machineinterface and the running environment.
