The Control System Development And Research Of CNC Flame Cutting Machine Based On The Motion Control Card

With the development of economy in our country, the demand for steel has been a steady rise. As an important process in steel processing-cutting processing has a rapid development, and highlights its importance. Due to its advantages of high efficiency, good quality, low cost and so on, CNC cutting process has got more and more users. And the control system, as the core part, decides the performance. In this paper, combining with the characteristics of the processing technology of CNC flame cutting machine, a CNC cutting machine control system which based on general motion control card and used function library provided by motion control card was developed.Firstly, the current situation and development trend of numerical control system, the characteristics and the status of open CNC system, the status and development of CNC flame cutting machine at home and abroad are introduced. Thus the content and significance of this research are introduced. Secondly, the overall scheme design of the CNC flame cutting machine is introduced. After in-depth analysis of the system function, the hardware scheme and software solution are determined. Then, the system hardware structure is introduced combining with the hardware scheme. The working principle of CNC cutting machine, system hardware structure, the main composition of hardware and the connection between hardware are expounded, and the features of the motion control card is emphatically introduced. Next, the design of system software is mainly discussed, the system software design process is expounded, and the key problems in the software development are solved. Furthermore the realization of the main function modules of the system is introduced in detail. Finally, the installation test and application of the system are introduced, in view of the main test project to test and analyzing the test results. And the article is combining with the example to introduce the specific operation process.The system has been applied to the transformation of enterprise’s the cutting machine, not only achieved the expected requirements, but solved the key problem in software development. The system which is simple in structure, easy to repair and meets the precision requirements can be used as enterprise effective solution.
