This commodity market is the buyer's market of client requirement, because whether a new product gains clients' favor is connected to survive or perish of enterprises, so the product's quality target should be evaluatedThe text namely aims at these problems above. First, through comparing with characters of all kinds of judging methods, their usage scope is pointed out; Second, model with fuzzy synthetically judge has been established; Then, fuzzy synthetically judge based on QFD is put forward, regarded clients' requirement as design quality target, through applying experts marking and AHP to conform weight of all kinds of quality target, model with fuzzy synthetically judge has been used to evaluate satisfaction degree of clients to the product and the deficiency of product's technical aspect has been find out; after that, improved project is brought forward. Then, comparing with the congener product, seek whether the new product exceeds the congener product in capability: if it is, explain that the project is feasible; if not, the project should be modified until the capability of the product reaches or excesses the congener product.hi the course of judge, regarding the electrostatic oiler as study object which is created by Wuhan University of Science and Technology, with Visual Basic software, a suit of "the electrostatic oiler's software sustaining system based on QFD" is exploited. This system starts with clients' requirement for the electrostatic oiler, and product house of quality is set up, then all kinds of requirement weight is educed. Applied twain-fuzzy-synthetically-judge formula, clients' satisfaction degree as "good" for the electrostatic oiler is elicited; then, via comparing and analyzing, advanced new project is put forward; through comparing with DUMA's product and PEABODY's product, our product's capability exceeds other two companies' product, so explain the new project is feasible.At end of this paper presented some questions to be solved in the future.
