Aluminium was regarded as non-toxic element. But with the development of aluminium industry, more and more people pay attention to the toxic of aluminium, especially the neurotoxic of aluminium is focused by domestic and oversea medicine field . In this thesis, the interaction of flavonoids with aluminium and the interaction of aluminium with Bovine Serum Albumin in stimulate biological environment were studied; two methods of determining flavonoids were established ; the mechanism of flavonoids interact with aluminium was discussed. And we first bring it forward to the component of Chinese herbal medicine restrain the absorbance of aluminium and eliminate aluminium in animal. The thesis include following research:1.We establish a novel method which the anodic atripping voltammetry with carbon paste electrode is applied to the determination of morin in glycyrrhiza. In a 0.15 mol.L-1 ammonia-ammonium chloride buffer solution, the anodic stripping peak of morin is observed at +0.10 V (vs SCE) when it is pre-concentrated for 120s. Linear relationship between the peak current (ip) and the concentration of morin is obtained in the range of 4.00 X10-6mol 昄-1-1.40X 10-5 mol 昄-1. The method is proved to be of high sensitivity, convenient, rapid in operation and avoiding the application of mercury electrode.2. In Tris ?HC1 buffer (pH=7.4), morin can complex with aluminium. According to it, we established a method to determine the content of flavonoids in the leaves of gingo. When the excited wavelength and emission wavelength was 365nm and 499nm respectively, we determined the fluorescence intent. The linearrelationship was obtained in the concentration ranges4.0 X 10" mol.L-1 ~4.0 X l0-7mol.L-1 and the linear equation was Y-4.56589+4.81919X 107X(mol.L-1). The method avoid the application of toxicant nitrite sodium, and the detection limit of the method is lower 1 ~2 quantitatively than established method.3. The interaction of Chinese herbal medicine companent flavonoids (morin and rutin) with trivalent aluminium ion and the complex of trivalent aluminium ion and Bovine Serum Albumin in stimulate biologic environment was studied by UV absorption spectrum.. The result shows morin and rutin can conjugate with trivalent aluminium ion in stimulate biologic environment. It is found that morin and rutin can compete trivalent aluminium ion from the complex of trivalent aluminium ion and Bovine Serum Albumin. The mechanism of flavonoids and Bovine Serum Albumin complete aluminium ion was discussed, and the constant of rutin complex with aluminium was calculated.
