This study realized firstly the consecutive experiment under being conducted by the laboratory dates. In order to investigate the influence of reactors and its combination forms, we designed four kinds of different processes: the row-tube reactor, bubble reactor, single agitation -reactor, three agitated reactor established. In the first step, the row-tube reactor process was adopted, its purpose was to realize the consecution of the reaction. In the second step, the bubble reactor process was attempted, its purpose was to screen out the best catalyst, explore the best reaction conditions and verify the results of the laboratory. In the third step, single-agitation reactor was utilized, its purpose was to investigate the influence between the selectivity and conversion because of inside increasing mixing. In the fourth step, we designed a set of 800-t/a equipment with three agitation-reactors.Comparing with the experiments of the bubble reactor, the single-agitation reactor and the three agitation-reactor consecution, the best reaction condition was screen out as follows: the concentrate of catalyses is 2.5 --3.0 ppm, the temperature is 145~150 癈 , the pressure is 0.9?0.05 MPa(G), the reaction time is 55 minutes. With condensation of the off-gas being returned reactors by subsection, the conversion of cyclohexane is over 8%(mol), and the total selectivity of three major products, cyclohexanol, cyclohexanone, and hydroperoxide, is over 90%, in which there are about 20?25%(mol) cyclohexylhydroperoxide. At the same the convension of cyclohexane, the total selectivity of cyclohexanol, cyclohexanone and cyclohexylhydroperoxide increases because the air is feed to reactors by subsection. It compares with the processes of no-catalysts oxidation cyclohexane in the Balin Petrochemical Company, this technique has two advantages: firstly, the single conversion doubles; secondly, the all selectivity increases by 5%. The advantages can provide the technique support to the Balin Petrochemical Company.
