Stellera chamaejasme L. belongs to Stellera L. Thymelaeaceae, heavily toxic. In recent years, reports about its application on preventing agricultural pests, disease and medical science are enough, but the research on the anti-fungal is little. This thesis made a systematic research about its application on anti-fungal, on the basis of the predecessors' work. The chemical constituents of stellera chamaejasme L.'s roots have been protested systematically by means of tube-test and thin layer chromatography (TLC). The main ingredients are flavanone, coumarins, steriod terpenoide and organic acid. We selected the most active compounds by column chromatography on silica, accompanied with antifungal tests. We have chosen seven kinds of fungal for trial(Bakeri Rehm, Gibberalla zeae, Alternaria solani,Fusarium bulbigenum,Exserohilum turcicum,Alternaria alternata,Phytophthora capsici Leon). The crushed roots of stellera chameajasmine L. were extracted with systemic solvent: ethyl acetate, ethanol, methanol. We decided to separate the ethyl acetate fraction according to the antifungal trial result. The ethyl acetate extract was separated by silica chromatography to afford five parts: F1, F2, F3, F4 and F5. An antifungal trial was made on the five parts by the same means. According to the results, we made a further separation on the significant active part: F1 and F2. The mixture of F1 and F2 was separated with silica chromatography to get another five parts: F1-1, F1-2, F1-3, F1-4 and F1-5. We made a third trial on the five parts and got two most antifungal active compounds in the end. We purified the two compounds through the column chromatography on Sephadex LH-20. They were speeded out with two big different solvent systems. They both were single point in the TLC, examined by ultraviolet lamp and I2 box. They were proved to be pure compounds. We can identified the two pure compounds F1-4 and F1-5 as neochamaejasme B and chamaechromone through physical, chemical quality analysis and organic spectrum determination, assisted with relevant papers. They both belong to biflavanone compounds and haven't been reported for the first time.
