With the continuous development of the cement producing technology, some studies are gone deep into. It is very significative to study the NSPK system using the simulation technology. Because it can not only replace many physical experiments and reduce the developing cost, but also the influence of kinds of factors on the performance index of the system can be analyzed with ft. But the study is little on it. In the paper, the soft of Sim for NSPK has been impoved ,and the coal burning model in the calciner and the pressure model in the NSP system have been build by using the modeling method of recognization. At the same time, The soft has been optimized to make the code and the structure of the soft more reasonable and simple. And through modeling and optimizing the soft, the dynamic simulation is realized preparatorily in the soft and it affords the condition for the real dynamic simulation.The reliability of the simulating result lies on dependability of the model, so the program structure and function of the model are verified in the paper in order that the models are better able to describe the real system and the validation of the model has been done by the data of the production as well. The validating result shows that the models of the NSP kiln simulation are reasonable and are able to basically describe the real system.We know that there are many factors influencing the function of the NSP system in the NSP kiln system. The relation between the coal burning degree, the decomposing rate of carbonate, the separation efficiency of pre-heater and the thermal efficiency of NSP system is studied in the paper in order to offer condition for the design of the calciner and the pre-heater. Meanwhile how the change of the feeding coal rate in calciner influencing on the thermal efficiency of NSP system is studied in order to offer a studying way for getting the reasonable rate of feeding coal between the calciner and the kiln .According to the result of simulation, conclusions as following can be made: the thermal efficiency of NSP system will be improved as the coal burning degree andthe carbonate decomposing rate and the feeding coal ratio being improved in calciner. While the thermal efficiency of NSP system is higher and the consumed heat is lower, the influence of the coal burning degree in calciner is lower. The change of the separation of every stage cyclone can directory influence the thermal efficiency of NSP system too, but the influence of different stage cyclone is different. The influence of the separation efficiency of Cl is the most drastic, and when it is more than 92 percent, the influence will become little as it increasing continuously. So in order to level off the NSPK system and exert the throughput, the separation efficiency of every cyclone but Cl should beyond 88-90%, and CFs between 94%-96%.Comparing with the original system, there are some characteristic as following: simple operation and the dynamic characteristic, and the soft can be used to analyze the influence of the the decomposing rate of carbonate and the separation efficiency of pre-heater on the thermal efficiency of NSP system and to diagnose the NSP kiln system.
