In our research, Technology analysed and detected total organic carbon was maked center studied. First, Abundantly analysis and laboratory-based study, serious and carefully studied under differential water quality condition, how can we access a accurate TOC analytic result in water, and compare with a various analysis method, I introduce advantage of deeply various analysed and detected technology and system suitability, proposed myself view for different means taked to various water quality.In addition , 1 used UV/conductance detected method , make designed for TOC detected instrument of intelligence. I introduce the principle of conductance cell of analyzed and detected TOC by UV oxidation method, and designed conductance cell of canister shape, I used 0.01 as conductance cell constant, in addition to test characteristic of conductance cell, I determined function of instrument analyzed and detected TOC by UV oxidation method by reaction process of UV oxidation, I designed electric circuit and detected and monitored software for microprocessor. I used double CPU structure- PIC16C65-A and PIC16C65-B by parallel serial port communication, PIC16C65-B is responsibility to data collection calibration scale transport, keyboard response, PIC16C65-A is responsibility to D/A interface, LCD show, RS232/RS485 interface.
