With the gradully mastery of mine pressure distribution laws and destroy laws of winning tunnel ,the theory of support design developed greatly , but winning tunnel have multiform physics and mechanics charter,the variability of rock and soil influenced the support design greatly, there were some defects in terms of uncertain question analysed by certain method in the past.The structure reliability design method is just developed in view of these uncertain factor,this method is widely used in the fields of construction,railway and highway,but is relatively less used in the field of turnel support, so the application of reliability design method to guide winning tunnel support design has important meanings.In this paper, the basic method of reliability analysis are introduced ,the special advantages and practicality of the probability design method in rock and soil engineering are discussed,Furthermore, according to the improved Monte carlo method the author led to computational reliability method of anchoring support system based on the certain analysis of winning tunnel anchoring support, This method remedied the defect of the reliability from the single function factor in the past,and considered the randomness of all parameters which influence the support system , Therefore,it can reasonablely reflect the true fact of the anchoring support system. Combining with this method,the anthor made the winning tunnel anchoring supprot system program with Visual Basic language, it offer the theoretical foundation and calculation means for surrounding rock stability and support design of winning tunnel.At the same time the anthor used the system to calculate an instance and simulated the tunnel section based on different support scheme with RFPA software,it can intuitively reflect the actual conditions of support,and Have saved manpower , material and financial resources. So this method has extensive using value in the surrouding engineering.
