Study Of Structural Reliability On Anchoring Support Of Coal Roadway

The form of anchoring support is used universally under roadway of coal, especially in the coal roadway, which becomes hot spot and difficulty on coal science study. It is important theory meaning and practical value for the application of reliability design method to guide coal roadway anchoring support design in view of the specialty to surrounding rock's large distortion and mechanics parameters' variation. Based on the achievement we've had, the analysis of structure reliability of coal roadway anchoring support has established by methods of theory study,numerical simulation,mathematics' analysis and examples' analysis and theory of engineering structures reliability,system reliability,rock mechanics and elasticity and plasticity mechanics. It sets out as follows:Firstly, the analysis models for structure reliability and system reliability of coal roadway anchoring support has established,including the analysis models on the influence of cutting;Secondly, the methods of geometry optimalize calculating coal roadway anchoring support's structure reliability is achieved by Matlab's Optimization Toolbox.And the applicable conditions, whether the methods can be used to count the reliability of the structure, are analysed;Thirdly, the calculation of the coal roadway anchoring support's structure reliability by the methods of Monte-carlo is achieved based on the Matlab, which also opens up the new way of calculating of the coal roadway anchoring support;Fourthly, imitating the deformation and destroying of coal roadway anchoring support's structure on different reliabilities by the methods of numerical value, and establishing relationship of reliability and surrounding rock deformation, checking the judgment standard of coal roadway anchoring support's structure reliability and science and rationality of calculating system of structure reliability;Fifthly, analyzing the changing of reliability on the effect of cutting or not by calculating result of program's example, establishing respectively the relationship of anchoring support's parameter and reliability on the two different complexions, and the relationship of the modulus of the cutting stress and the reliability, which offers the thory foundation for the design of the coal roadway anchoring support.
