| To improve the quality of offset product and meet people's demands of printing product with high quality, the research of chromaticity detection on offset product is carried out. The conclusion can be used for detecting speed of printing product, reduce the cost of production and bring great economic benefits for printing enterprises. Meanwhile, it has great significance on developing printing technology, and improving people's material and cultural life.Using chromaticity theory and statistics principle, and combining the fundamental principle of printing quality detection and control, the research put forward a detection method for printing quality and a chromaticity data detection method based on the printing image by detecting settled dot spreading in the different ink zones ; Simultaneously using statistical sampling method, the research verified the rationality of the template method advanced by this paper; Based on the facts mentioned above , this research have obtained a definite principle using which the number of detection position on the test sample will be effectively reduced; Moreover the color difference data of the test samples was valued by hypothesis test and the evaluation results were analyzed; Finally the thesis contrasted and validated the dot area results calculated by two methods which are used by this paper for calculating dot area coverage.The experiment results indicate: the chromaticity data of printing image, obtained by detecting settled dot of the ink zones, almost accord with the test sample; and the detection results can be directly applied to the practical printing control; the evaluation results by the hypothesis test were a little different from the practical data of test samples, and the reason for the deviation were analyzed; the data calculated by the Yule-Nielsen modified spectral Neugebauer model is more accurate than that calculated by the Yule-Nielsen formula adopting color density. |
