Oil-burning furnace is widely used in industrial production, whose temperature control is one of the key technologies. So deep and systematic study is conducted on the temperature control system to meet actual production needs. A set of software and hardware control systems combined with the actual requirement's closely are developed, which achieves good effect in later running test.On the analysis of the structure and inner heat transmission, the method which can homogenize the inner temperature is put forward ,whose main idea is adding instant and strong air interrupt on the heat flow inside the furnace through air nozzle, without appending any additional devices. In addition, practical scheme is worked out. The affecting law of the factors is found and then the temperature control scheme is built based on enormous test designed for the effects of oil, air and pressure on inside temperature.On the analysis and comparison of some temperature control algorithm, the self-tuning fuzzy PID control method for furnace temperature is put forward. Simulation result shows that the algorithm has characters of small over-shoot, quick response and good stableness. Therefore, it can completely meet the need of actual production. With the goal of least oil-cost, the best oil-air ratio is calculated out using fuzzy self-optimization with varying step length. Combined with algorithm of experience control on inside pressure, the best out-smoking volume is obtained, and then a complete temperature control system is formed. The system can get the best control on oil, air and smoke with the goal of high-precision temperature control. Running test shows that the system is stable and high- intelligent.And when test with the craft at 750℃, the system can get a ±2℃ control precision, so be far away from the actual production need.
