Furnace as one of the main equipment of steel rolling industry,hot rolling billet directly affect the quality,yield and cost.Research furnace temperature control system to improve productivity,improve product quality and energy conservation of great significance.Given furnace temperature control is a complex and difficult to control industrial processes,the use of conventional PID control strategy has been difficult to obtain a good result,studying a good performance of the control strategy will undoubtedly have practical significance.This thesis from reality,to Shougang hot furnace as research background,research focus to digest the scene furnace temperature control system,the system contains a temperature control loop,the gas flow control loop and the air flow control loop design in detail analyzed,and the system uses a double cross limiting control strategy deep Into research.Finally,the furnace temperature field analysis of system performance evaluation system based on PID control furnace production process in a stable running well,but in the heating process,the system lag seriously,temperature fluctuations.Given furnace complex conditions,it is difficult to use precise mathematical model to describe it,the thesis identification based on fuzzy control theory furnace system dynamic model.By analyzing the influence of various parameters Reheating Furnace,to get the system's main input parameters for the gas flow and air flow;then in a large number of field data,based on the fuzzy control theory furnace model identification,and simulation studies The results show that fuzzy control theory Reheating Furnace model identification to good effect.Based on fuzzy control Reheating Furnace controlled object model,the thesis designs fuzzy furnace temperature control system.For furnace temperature characteristics of the object,system design a new fuzzy PID controller,through the sample data collected in the field of fuzzy PID control system for offline training,so that the controller has a good initial parameters,get a basic model of the system requirements reflect,lay the foundation for the online application.Finally,in the actual application process show that:the fuzzy PID temperature control system and the traditional PID temperature control system,compared to the furnace temperature changes better tracking performance,small overshoot,settling time is shorter,and strong robustness.
