Studys On Extracting,Isolating The Lipid-Regulation Extractions Of Hawthorn And Preparation Of The Dropping Pill

Now drugs made from Hawthorn are dropping behind. Most of them only composed by the Flavonoids. So the curative effects of the drugs is not get the best. In the studies, flavonoids and triterpenic acids in Hawthorn are used to make a new drug. The Flavonoids of the leaves(FEL) and the triterpenic acids of the berries(TAEB) were extracted, isolated by macroporous resin, acid, alkali, etc. Then a dropping pill was made from flavonoids and triterpenic acids in Hawthorn.The flavonoids were extrcated by ethanol and isolated by macroporous resin. The main influence factors of ethanol extraction were defined by Uniform design. Found out the optimum extraction process for total- Flavonoids of Hawthorn. For the first time, studies on the mechanism and factors of isolating Flavonoids by macroporous resin. The triterpenic acids were extracted by ethanol and isolated by acid and alkali. The main influence factors of ethanol extraction were defined by orthogonal design. The concentrations of acid and alkali were defined.The methods of colorimetry to determining flavonoids' content using aluminium nitrate, triterpenic acids' content using acetic acid-vanillin were established. The flavonoids were identified by TLC. Hyperoside and vitexin-2"-o-rhamnoside were quantitatively analyzed by HPLC. Ursolic acid were quantitatively analyzed by dual-wavelenght TLC scan.Moreover,powder qualities and solubilities of the flavonoids and triterpenic acids in Hawthorn were explored. The stabilities of the flavonoids and triterpenic acids in Hawthorn and interactions with materials were studied. Finally the prescriptions of the drug were determined, the preparation processes were defined by orthogonal design.There has a systematical reasearch of the flavonoids and triterpenic acids in Hawthorn. A new dosage form was made by the flavonoids and triterpenic acids. The studies improved the technical levels of drugs made from Hawthorn.
