Extraction:To adopt the method of HPLC to determine the content of the total alkaloids which was extracted by using of alcohol from the evodia fruit. At the same time,to calculate the quantity of extraction.Analysing the results of experiment by using analysis of variance,and finding the best condition of extracting medicical evodia fruit; To adopt the method of HPLC to determine the content of the Icarii which was extracted by using of some alcohol from the epimedium herb.At the same time,to calculate the quantity of extraction.Analysing the results of experiment by using analysis of variance,and finding the best condition of extracting the icarii.2. Purification:We tried to compare three mothds on purification of evodiae extraction:extrction,alcohol precipitation and water precipitation,and then gain a best mothd which was optimized by the orthogonal design; The total flavonoids in the extractum of epimedium was purificated by DM-130 macroporous absorption resins,and then found the best coute of purification.3. Modeling technique:By TLC identificating evodiamine, rutacarpine and icariin,and the same time to adopt HPLC and UV inspecting their contents in the pills.Result After the experiment,the best extraction rount of the total alkaloids from evodia fruit was extraction 3 times, extraction 1.5h with 10 times quality alcohol which was concentration of 75% and then the extract separation 2 in water and depurationg 1 in 95% alcohol. Under this rount,the high purity extractum could be gained; After the experiment,the best extraction rount of the icarii from epimedium herb was extraction 3 times and extraction 1.5h with 10 times quality alcohol which was concentration of 50%,and then DM-130 macroporous absorption resins had the best separation efficiency when the total Flavonoids content in the herba epimedii in the sample concentration was 0.2g/ml,and the max sample volume was 2BV,and using 3BV 60% (ml/ml) ethanol as elutriant,and than get that dynamic absorption capability of the macroporous absorption resins was 19.25mg/ml.Have being separated and pured of the extraction containing the total flavonoids was above 74.42% and icariin was above 10.5%;Good technological parameters of wuhuo Depressurization Dropping Pill were as follows:PEG4000:PEG6000(1:2) as matrix,proportion of drug and matrix(1:3),temperature of drug fluids of 95℃, proportion of dimethicone and Liquid paraffinas(3:1) as refrigerant, temperature of refrigerant was 15℃,18 dropping per minute, drop distance was 6cm.;To found TLC to indentify wuhuo Depressurization Dropping Pill,and to adopt HPLC to determin evodiamine, rutacarpine and icariin,which had feasible and good repeatability.Conclusion This method is simple,practical,stable,and reprod-ucible the quality standards of wuhuo Depressurization Dropping Pill was set up.
