Preparation And Evaluation Of QIGUI Drop Pill

Our study prepared a Chinese compound preparation that is Qigui drop pill using sanchi con-saponin as material and PEG4000 as basilaris substance in order to cure heart and cerebrovascular disease. We use four-factors and three-level's orthogonal experiment to optimize the extraction and formation technology of drop pill.At the same time I establish the quality specification of this preparation. My research of the extration technology of angelica is based on uni-factor investigationAt first we use the content of ligustilide and the extraced yield of angelica oil as indicatrix using four-factors and three-level's orthogonal experiment to optimize the extraction technology of angelica oil by supercritical CO₂ fluid extraction technology.then we use ferulaic acid as a indicatrix ,using 70% ethanol as entrainerand also use L₉(3⁴) orthogonal experiment to choose the best extraction technology of ferulaic acid by supercritical CO₂ fluid extraction technology. In the formation of drop pills ,our research also based on uni-factor investigation,and then used L₉(3⁴) orthogonal experiment to choose the best shaping techonology of drop pills,and through the study of three batches samples ,we improved the feasibility of the techonology.We formulated a quality criteria of this preparation and distinguished angelica,sanchi con-saponin in the preparation using lamellar colour spectrum and so on;determined the main content of our preparation ,such as:ferlaic acid,sanchi saponim R₁,panaxsaponin R_g1and panaxsaponin R_b1,using HPLC;and we also do some methodology research.The result of accelerated stabiliaty test indicated that our preparation is stabile placed under the accelerated stabiliaty test condition.The animal experiments proved that Qigui drop pill showed effective of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.It could decrease the symptom of the hyperplasia of mammary glands in rats and prolong the survival time of mice who bear hypoxia of ordinary pressure,and protect myocardial ischemia.
