1. Poly(aryl ether ether ketone ketone)(PEEKK) is a kind important high-performance polymer dues to its excellent thermal stability and other outstanding properties which is similar to PEEK and PEKK. In this paper.1, 4-dipheoxylbenzene(DPB) was prepared by 1, 4-dibromobenzene and phenol. A novel poly(aryl ether ether ketone ketone)(PEEKK) were prepared by electrophilic polycondensation of 1, 4-dipheoxylbenzene(DPB) with terephthaloyl chloride(TPC) or isophthaloyl chloride(IPC) in 1,2-dichloroethane in the presence of AlCl3 and DMF. The polymers were characterized by IR,WAXD,DSC,TGA. The result show that the polymers are crystalline and high thermly stability.2. Poly(aryl ether ether ketone ketone)(PEEKK) is a kind important high-performance polymer dues to its excellent thermal stability and other outstanding properties which is similar to PEEK and PEKK. However, the PEEKK's insolubility in common solutions and high melt point restrict its processing and applications. In this paper, a series of random copolymers composed of poly(aryl ether ether ketone ketone)(PEEKK)/ poly(aryl ether sulfone ether ketone ketone) containing bis(o-metheyl) moiety (DM-PESEKK) were prepared by low temperature solution polycondensation of 4,4'-bis(2,6-dimethylphenoxy)diphenylsulfone (o-M2DPODPS), 1, 4-dipheoxyl-benzene(DPB) and terephthaloyl chloride(TPC) in 1,2-dichloroethane with the presence of AlCl3 and DMF. The copolymers were characterized by FT-IR, DSC, WAXD, TGA, etc. The results show that glass transition temperature increases greatly with the increasing of the ratio of o-M2DPODPS/ DPB, while melting temperature and crystallinity of copolymersdecrease. The solubility of the copolymers is improved greatly, while the copolymers still exhibit excellent thermostability.3. Poly(aryl ether ether ketone ketone)(PEEKK) is a kind important high-performance polymer dues to its excellent thermal stability and other outstanding properties which is similar to PEEK and PEKK. In this paper,1, 4-bis(2,6-methylpheoxyl)benzene(M2DPB) was prepared by 1, 4-dibromobenzene and phenol, Poly(aryl ether ether ketone ketone) containing bis(o-methyl) moiety were prepared by electrophilic polycondensation of M2DPB and terephthaloyl chloride(TPC) or isophthaloyl chloride(IPC) in 1,2-dichloroethane and in the presence of AlCl3 and DMF. The polymers were characterizedIR,WAXD,DSC,TGA. The results show that the polymer I a was crystalline, while polymer I b wasn't crystalline; Compared with that of PEEKK, glass transition temperature increases greatly.5. The preparation of bis-(4-phenyleneoxyl phenyl) dimethylsilane was introduced in this paper .firstly,1, 4-dibromobenzene and phenol were used to prepare 4-bromodiphenyl ether ( Ⅰ ) under 185210℃ in HMPA solvent in the yield over 55%;Scondly, bis-(4-phenyleneoxyl phenyl)...
