Research On The Trends Of The Lower Part Of Man's Body And The Structure Of Fit-trousers

For man , trousers are almost necessary , and play an important role in man's clothing . The fit, comfortable and artistic trousers can take on the type of the lower figure and trait. In modern times full of personalities, the demand for man's trousers is getting more and more higher, so, a corresponding demand for trousers' structural design is put forward.On base of the static type of figure and the dynamic changes of the type of figure, this thesis aims at the fit-trousers' structural design. Combining the theory and experiment, I mainly have done the following wok: Measure the static type size of figure and its skinny dynamic displacement, and find out the static trait of figure and dynamic regulation by analyzing the data in statistics; Get the initial patens of the lower body by copying and spreading the inner surface of gypsum models on white paper; Build the model of lower body of standard-body manaccording to the static data above-measured; Constitute the prototype of man's trousers by combining plane cutting with dropping cutting; Design the sports-fit-trousers in terms of the keys of trousers' structural design, such as looseness, fabric and mold-making.Through the study, I establish the theory system of structural design of man's fit-trousers', qualify its structural prototype, so that we can largely reduce the blindness and empiricism in trousers' structural design. Therefore, this study provides a theory guide for trousers' MTM production, and have certain practical meaning in production.
