Along with the further development of cement industry, the serious environment load caused by the depletion of the non-renewable resources, energy, and the large quantity discharge of waste gas and powder dust, has affected the continuable development of the whole cement trade.The 'ecomaterials type' industry has become the only way of the continuable development of the international cement industry. Otherwise, the environment evaluation is an important means to push forward cement industry to keep on the development.The study relies on '863' Program, (number: 2002AA335050). The contents mainly conclude: on the one hand, the environment influence, resulting from the technologies that that the project put forward to lower environment load during cement production, is evaluated qualitily and quantitily. On the other hand, adopting the method of life cycle assessment (LCA), the environment load is evaluated about the producing process of the low environment load type cement and a few present typical cement models of our country.Firstly, the characteristics of environment load in cement industry are analyzed. The most important factor affecting the cement industry environment carries are resources and energy load such as fuel, electric power and limestone etc.The next in order is the pollution air load such as CO2, powder dust, SO2, and etc.The most prominent trait is its solid waste exhaust is negative, because of being able to eliminate a flood of industry wastes.Secondly, the environment influence, caused by the new techniques that the item put forward, is qualitily evaluated. The theory calculation system about the environment load during the cement production is established, and the counting conclustions are as follows. Through the combination of improving the production craft and equipments, and applying the new research technologies, producing 42.5 grade compound cement, compared with the traditional production level, can reach the following environmental index level:(1) The aspect of economizing limestone: when the mixing amount of phosphor slag is reached 10% (activity calcium technique), and the mixing amount of mixture material is increased from original 30% to 50% in the period of cement compound, the limestone dosage can be reduced 37.89%.(2) The aspect of saving coal: after the adoption of new-type efficient burner and high performance 'compound technique' (the mixing amount of blending material is increased from original 30% to 50%), the coal saving rate can be 31.21%. When new-type efficient burner is adopted, and 5% coal gangue is added, and the mixing amount of admixture material is increased from 30% to 50%, the coal saving rate can reach 35.98% at most.(3) The aspect of reducing discharge of the carbon dioxide: when the mixing amount of phosphor slag is 10%, and the mixing amount of admixture material is increased from 30% to 50%, the discharge amount of CO2 can be reduced 36.39%.(4)The effection of lowering the environment load during the cement production resulting from heighten the mixing amount of admixture material is obviously more than those of other technologies. When according to the original method to produce cement, but only enhancing the mixing amount of 'function adjustment constituent' (from original 30% to 50%) in the period of cement compound, the limestone dosage can be reduced 30.77%, coal consume is decreased 28.0%, the reduction of CO2 discharge is reached 30.77%.Finally, Accoring to LCA, the whole environment load is evaluated about the four present typical cement models of our country. The result show: the contrasting order of good and bad in the environment aspect: high mixing amount of mixture materials of new-type pre-calciner craft > new-type pre-calciner craft> vertical kiln > wet-method craft. And their environmental influence synthesized indexes respectively are: 6.456×10-15, 9.614×10-15, 1.3182×10-14, 1.4966×10-14。...
