The Assistant Equipment Research Of The High Precision Rolling-wheel Measurement System

The rolling-wheel on measuring large diameter .work piece is an effective method which wildly used in practice. In order to improve the precision of this method, the correction of every error must to be done.It is introduced in the paper of the big axes emulator system the error separation system the assistant orientational collimating equipment and the assistant demarcation system. By the big axes emulator system the actual state can be reflected; the error separation system can get the characteristic of the optical switch and grating, which gets the revolutions of measuring wheel; the assistant orientational collimating equipment can adjust the parallelism between the axes of rolling wheel and measured piece,which can reduce the error of the measurement head deformation; the assistant demarcation system can get the simulator big axes's diameter accurately and this data is taken as the claim diameter which can demarcate the rooling-wheel system. The design notion of each system structure's part is introduc in the paper in detailed. Meanwhile the validity of the system is tested by the experiment designed. The experiment result verifies the effectiveness of the presented equipment.
