With automation control, industry control system and computer technology developing rapidly, automation is a certain trend of water treatment system.Film Water Treatment is an economical and effective water treatment method. Analysis the automation technology of water treatment in the world, based on STEP7 of SIEMENS PLC programming software, KingView6.5, USS Protocol, transducer technology and PID technology, this paper sets up an automation monitor system of constant pressure and constant flux film water treatment.The system is a distributing system composed of PLC and PC. This system has many function: collection data dynamically, analysis and manage the data, automation and manual control, display the simulate the locale, give the alarms, set the parameters, save and query the data, report and print forms, etc.This paper provides an advanced and effective blue print for the automation of Film Water Treatment.
