The Present Status And Countermeasures Of Water Pollution In Hai'an Area Of Huan River Basin

Huai River baisn is one of emphases on the water pollution in China. Hai'an lies in Huai River baisn ,so the close relation between economy and environment should be envisaged. The article studied on NewTongYang-TongYU River and ChuanChang River. It analysised the present status and trend of water pollution based on the monitoring data during 1998 to 2002, and found primary factors and types.It investigated polluter including distribution and struere and quantity. The gradation from big to small in the contribution on water pollution is Non-point polluter, living polluter, industry polluter , shipping polluter. It described measures adopted in pollution control and analysised existing problem and confirmed the first controlling cell. Based on the capability calculation, it point out countermeasures and guarding mechanism to control water pollution in hai'an Huai River baisn and analysised the goal can be achieved or not. Measures to control non-point polluter include to adjust structure in agriculture, advisablely fertilize ,to control pesticides pollution, comprehensive utilization straw , feces of livestock and poultry reclamation, to construct ecological agriculture, to control non-point polluter from town. Measures to control living polluter include to build wastewater treatment plants in Hai'an county seat, NanMo, DunTong, BaiDian and to use clarifier biogas generating pit inrest town. Measures to control industry polluter include to unite industrial park, to remove from town to industrial park, to control gross, to bring enterprise's action relating to environmental protection into the open and so on. Integrated controlling measures include microbe on-site idisposal, aeration in river, ecologically training of channel, to consruct buffer zone on riverlet ect. Mechanism include administrative, jural and technical mechanism supporting. COD and NH3-N is controlled in the capability to adopt measures as the foregoing statement. So to 2010 the two river can reach the object in surface water function sorting in JiangSu.
