Ecological Security Issues And Its Measures Of China

With the earth environment deterioration and the consuming excessively of resources day by day in recent years, such serious ecocrisises as the environmental pollution are threatening contemporary human survival and development, and the whole human society is facing the serious environmental threat. The national ecological security has become the focus that people care. In view of national ecological security, safe, national security, non-traditional security and ecological security and so on are annotated in this article. And take China as an example, through analyzing the ecological questions which China exists, work hard to make measures to solve them. In theory, the new national security view and scientific sustainable views of development should be established because they can give the theoretical direction to solving the ecological problems. In our country, we should adopt and strengthen the public opinion, train and improve the whole people's contemporary ecological consciousness; strengthen the study and set up the early warning mechanism of international environmental security; implement cleaner production, reduce the industrial pollution sources; add capital, set up the fund mechanism of environmental comprehensive administration and accelerate the legislation of the environment, perfect the system of legislating, checking etc. and raise the technological content to develop the environmental protection industry and so on. In the international society, pursue environmental diplomacy actively; strengthen the coordination with international organizations and the governments of various countries; take part in making and strengthening the international ecological legislation and so on.
