Shandong is one of the provinces seriously short of water in the North. It's per capita water resource amount is 350 cubic meter, which is merely account for 1/6 of National per capita water resource quantity in China and 1/24 per capita water resource amount in the world. It is the extremely poor and dangerous area of water resource. With the decay of the groundwater resources day by day, concentrating on water resource in the earth's surface in the urban water supply system ——the dependence of water of the reservoir is stronger and stronger. Reservoirs'role changes fundamentally too , that is, to be the main urban water source supplier presently instead of field irrigation function and reduce natural disasters to prevent flood in past. Therefore, the state of water quality and water quantity in the reservoir has determined the vitality of city development directly. At present, Reservoir faces water little, water dirty, water muddy mostly in utilizing.Water little means the few water resource amount suitable for utilizing reduces gradually in the reservoir; Water dirty means the aggravation of point source pollution and nonpoint source pollution in reservoir district, in which nonpoint source pollution is the core. Water muddy mainly refers to the wholly silt question. The questions aboved have directly caused the further reduction of usable water resource quantity, conduced the water shortage of the industrial production of the city and the living of people day by day, influenced the quality of daily production and quality seriously and concerned lives and properties and environmental security of people directly too. With the problems aboved, this text study the centralized type area of drinking water source of ground of Huangqian Reservoir in Tai'an, which combines Shandong outstanding young and middle-aged scientist scientific research bonus pool"The study to water environmental regulation and control mechanism in reservoir collect protective forests".Through investigate and experiment study comprehensively, this paper studied the water quality of the reservoir from multi-level, many angle comparatively , put forward the corresponding settlement measures, in order to protect the drinking water source pointedly, improve water quality further, optimize water management and offer scientific basis. The main research contents are as follows: On the bases of finding out the basic situation in the basin and the operation conditions of the reservoir, the author have carried on detailed field investigation and appraisal of the kind of the pollution sources in the basin and their distributed and discharge state. Take the main branchs of the reservior and the water within as research objects, the paper monitored and appraised the water quality of the main branchs of the reservior and the inner water quality in the same term and continuously. On the basises of water monitoring and appraising of the reservior, analysed and assessed the reservior's eutrophication. On the foundation of finding out the actuality of pollution point and main contamination sletting and water monitoring and appraising, combined with the reservoir water function and water standard quality cortrol, the paper studied the reservoir's water environmental capacity. Main study results as follows: (1)In the catchment section of Huangqian reservoir, nonpoint source pollution exists with point source pollution at the same time.Compared with point source pollution, the disserve scale of nonpoint source pollution is bigger, and it's prevention and cure is more difficuity. The kind of the nonpoint source pollutions are living pollution resource, farming chemistry pollution resource, domestic animal feces and urine pollution resource, straw and stalk pollutionresource, touring pollution resource,inner reservoir pollution resource and their main pollution factors are COD, TN, TP, of which the biggest utterly letting quantity and utterly quantity into reserveior is COD, TN is in the second,TP is the least. The tiptop of total quantity rank mark and letting rate is TP, TN is in the second,COD is the least. The influence of point source pollution also should not be looked down on, which types are twine silk factory, paper trunk factories, quartz factories, foodstuff factory, build companies, dead stock factory, floor board factory. The Taian twine silk factory and quartz factory in Xiagang are the two seriously point source pollutions,who each excluded waste water 40.0 ten thousand ton and 15.0 ten thousand ton and their pollution factors are COD and SS. (2)The water quality of west branch is worse than east branch. But the water quality of west branch entrance is better than that of east branch entrance. From upriver to backward position of the east branch the water quality is dereriorate step by step, while to the west branch the water quality upriver is worse than the lower backward position. Main fluence factors are NO3-N, TP, FC and VP, in which NO3-N is exceed the standard in Xiagang of east branch and Mata of west branch. The water quality in the reserveior is polluted with contamination and microorganism. The water quality assessment of store-room and dam-former are all up the standard of Ⅲ,most of which are up the standard of V and the two point's water quality comprehensive assessment are up the standard of V. The water quality in flood season is worse than that in non-flood season, and the water quality of store-room is better than that of dam-former. Main factors exceed the standard are CODMn, COD, TP, TN and FC, in which TN is the main factor. CODMn and COD have many peak in every year and each peak range is on the small side while TP and FC have evidence peak. The interannual variations of CODMn, TN, FC are all represent of V trend, COD present inverse of Vtrend and TP show it self of ascending trend persistly.
