Considering the reality of washing of the fiber raw materials barrel of the glass fiber factory of Tai'an, in order to guarantee the repeated use of the raw materials barrel, it does not get the result of booking to wash only through the high-pressure water efflux. This subject has designed a kind of simple and easy holding washing machine by hydraulic driven. Washing machine makes good use of water energy and machinery energy and realizes the washing technology that is pasted up while washing, at the same time in the process of washing, both mechanical energy and water get abundant usage.Because of special physics and chemistry characteristic of water, as driven medium, it will inevitably cause material corrode, relative motion rub wearing and tearing of pack a series of issues.In order to solve the above problems, this thesis focuses on the analyses and designation to hydraulic motor theoretically. First of all, explaining the problem that need to pay attention to that regards water as the driven medium and taking the corresponding solution, carrying on feasibility analyses and then through repeated designation and calculation, I confirm the basic size and structure of part of motor; Then, I have done detailed calculation to the sureness of the angle of tilt of the blade especially, using mathematics of modeling method. Calculating out pressure angle of the stator rotated by the blades, choosing the suitable tilt angle; In addition, I have used a new method-- reliability designation method to design the diameter of the rotor of output shaft axle diameter; Finally, the weak part of the motor —the blade has been carried on crooked intensity and check exposed to the intensity.After the advanced development that water moves the motor is finished, test its performance index, water moves the performance index of the motor but determined by two following factors mainly: volume efficiency and total efficiency of the motor. Volume efficiency can be fixed through the flow and rotational speed of measuring the motor mainly, total efficiency is fixed through the output torsion and actual flow mainly. Carrying on the test underthe high-pressure pump function of the model QL-270 .Through testing, at 0.8MPa, output torsion meets cleaning requirement basically and at about 500r/min of rotational speed, the total efficiency reaches the most effective about 22.67%.
