This thesis pays emphasis on the reliability analysis of the hydraulic system in the drawing part of MG575-W type coal winning machine. Through building fault-tree, carrying on reliability emulation to hydraulic system above logical relationship of fault-tree. According to the result of emulation, getting reliability level and other reliability index of hydraulic system in order to find out the main fault element. Running fault-tree fuzzy analysis on the element and then giving some improving ways to increase its analysis reliability. Finally the model of fuzzy fault diagnosis of hydraulic system in the drawing part of MG575-W type coal winning machine has been given. This job provides a new method which is scientific and feasible for fault diagnosis and maintenance work.
