High blast temperature can bring great economic profits and socialprofits, so it is important that hot-blast stove can offer high blasttemperature for blast furnace in iron and steel industry. But the blastfurnace gas becomes dilution as the furnace is bigger and the furnaceoperation is more reasonable, so high blast temperature is hard to get. In this thesis, a new technology on how to get high blast temperaturewas putted forward. With this process, high blast temperature above 1200℃ will be obtained with only blast furnace gas. The blast temperature level in our country was investigated and thereason of low blast temperature was discussed. Some technologies on highblast temperature were introduced also. In the same time, the factorsof high blast temperature were analyzed in this article, such as thetheoretical combustion temperature, the high heating value gas, thetemperature of air and the temperature of blast furnace gas. All thermal parameters were calculated, such as the theoreticalblast temperature, practical blast temperature, air flux, gas flux, andthe diameter of each pipe. Combustion and burner were designed; someparameters such as combustion volume, chamber geometry, combustion airrequirement and combustion gas requirement were calculated. Some problems will appear after additional preheatingheat-exchanging process was applied, and the means how to solve theseproblems were offered.The working drawings about the additional preheatingheat-exchanging process were drew with Auto CAD, process drawing,equipment drawing, and set drawing were contained. The rules of operation and the rules of safe for this process were set as the construction wascompleted. The test was carried out and some data were got, a analysis about this process wasdone base on the data. The economic profits of this process were listed at last.
