Up to now,according to the difference of demand and fuel,different types of hot blast stoves have emerged as the times require.At present,natural gas,coal,electricity,petroleum and energy as the main heat source of hot stove are widely used in the production system of hot stove.The heat exchanger in the system is from simple to complex,including heat pipe type,tubular type and tubeless type.There are also differences in power.By virtue of the different fuels used in hot blast stoves,they can be divided into liquid fuel hot blast stoves,solid fuel hot blast stoves and gaseous fuel hot blast stoves.Fuels used in the combustion process of hot blast stoves are also different,including gas,fuel oil,coal,biomass,electric heaters and solar collectors.Indirect heat transfer and direct flue gas heating are different in heating form when they are used in the heating system of hot blast stove.For indirect heat transfer heating form,they can be classified according to their different heat carriers,including steam hot blast stove,heat conducting oil heater and flue gas hot blast stove.There are also many heat exchangers in hot blast stove.Various types can be tubular,tubeless and heat pipe type hot stoves.In this paper,different algorithms for self-tuning of PID parameters are studied and simulated.Finally,the simulation results summarize the application scope and setting effect of each self-tuning algorithm of PID parameters,so as to select the appropriate method in the control process.Taking the flow control of the process control experimental device as an example,a simulation platform is built to determine the system model,and then the appropriate self-tuning method of PID parameters is selected to observe its tuning effect.The validated self-tuning method of optimized PID parameters is applied to the combustion control of hot-blast stove to improve its air supply effect,reduce the energy consumption in the combustion process of hot-blast stove,and then make enterprises obtain higher economic benefits and minimize environmental pollution.The data of hot blast stove are analyzed and processed to find out the optimum points,and the optimum air-fuel ratio and gas flow rate are preset.Based on field experience and actual data,the decision maker is designed by CBR control technology.
