This thesis aims at study of dispersing agents and pigments for PE color masterbatch. The structure and property of polyethylene waxes made by different factories is studied. Factors, which affect the characteristic of polyethylene waxes , are studied. And the effect of which on the rheological property of color masterbatch and dispersion of pigments is analyzed. Studied the heat loss and dispersity of organic pigments. Discussed the nanometer CaCO3 that effect dispersity and processabilityThe result show that the structure and property of domestic polyethylene waxes are different from those of made abroad. There are great difference in their molecular weight and distribution coefficient, which are the main factors affecting the applied performance of polyethylene wax. Melting point of polyethylene wax is between 98℃ and 108℃ in a general way and it exists in certain temperature range. Except byproduct of HDPE, thermal stability of other various brands polyethylene waxes is excellent. It is obvious that the rheological property and dispersity of color masterbatch are improved with the addition of polyethylene wax. Further research indicates that high performance polyethylene wax is different from generalones in the ways of prepared technics, molecular distribution and improvement etc., by which the performance of polyethylene wax is improved. It exists big difference in the organic pigments from domestic and abroad through test heat loss and dispersity. We should improve resistance to deformation at high temperature by surface modification and graft modification.
