Polyamide(PA)fiber,as the world's second most important chemical fiber after polyester,is loved by people due to its excellent mechanical strength,high wear resistance and stable chemical properties.However,its unique chemical properties,it is difficult to color organic pigments that can be applied to polymers.With the development of national energy conservation,emission reduction,and circular economy,the development of fiber masterbatches with high dispersibility and excellent color performance by the easy-to-operate,high-efficiency and environmentally friendly dope coloring method is of great significance to the development of polyamid.In this paper,polyamide 6 is used as the carrier resin,four different types of red pigments are introduced into the carrier resin,the effects of different types of red pigments and their content on the rheological properties,dispersion properties,crystallization properties,color properties and effects of PA6 fiber masterbatch are studied.The study found when the masterbatch contains 20wt%of red ? pigment,the masterbatch has good dispersibility and color performance,the surface of the spun fiber is smooth and the mechanical properties are better.On this basis,the effect of dispersant and compound dispersant on the properties of polyamide 6 red fiber masterbatch was studied.The results show that compared with amide wax component ?,nucleating agent component ? and esterified wax component ?,the use of 4.5wt%ionomer component ? can make the pigment uniformly dispersed in the carrier resin,the coloring power can reach 110,the filter pressure value is low,and the breaking strength of the prepared red fiber is significantly improved.When the nucleating agent component ? is compounded with the ionomer component ?,it is found that when the compounding ratio is 4:6,the tinting strength is increased by 8.0%compared with the standard sample,the fiber surface is smooth,the breaking strength and elongation are increased by 4.9%and 3.1%.In order to enrich the color system of polyamide 6 coloring masterbatch,another basic color of polyamide 6 yellow fiber masterbatch was prepared by using different types of yellow pigments,and the effect of pigment type and content on the performance of the masterbatch was also studied.It was found that when the masterbatch contains 20wt%yellow ? pigment,the masterbatch has better fluidity,the dispersion of the pigment in the PA6 fiber masterbatch is better,and the coloring power of the color plate can reach 114.11,the b*value can reach 76.88.After adding 4.5wt%of Dispersant ?,the dispersion performance and color performance of the masterbatch were improved significantly,the b*value and tinting strength were increased by 2.9%and 6.8%.After spinning,the surface of the fiber is smooth,the breaking strength and breaking elongation are increased by 10.3%and 8.4%.
