Compared with the conventional method of planning in land-use evaluation, it can escape from the errors such as narrow view of techno-economy, no further thoughts for human society's or nature ecology's development and ignoring the long-term evolvement of nature and society. The application of land-ecology suitability analysis will be widely expanded and utilized With people thinking much of land-use and environmental protection, and this kind of analysis will also be the most vital force and potential tool for environmental evaluation and planning. This paper firstly put forward a method which combine the geographic information systems (GIS) and fuzzy assessment together, and construct a modeling called a GIS-based fuzzy assessment modeling for land-ecology suitability analysis which is applied into the work of land-ecology suitability analysis for Emeishan after synthetically analyze many methods of land suitability analysis. Theoretically, the modeling primarily resolves the two problems: first, the value of member is introduced to integrate GIS with fuzzy assessment, and matrix of member is adopted in the database of GIS to solve the data problem of transition between the two ways. Moreover, a raster data coding way based linear four-fork method is put forward to optimize the compression and decoding of database for spatial overlay in GIS. Practically, this modeling is successfully validated with field data in the land ecology suitability analysis of the city, and how to establish a index system of land-ecology suitability analysis is discussed with field investigation, however some profitable advices are presented based on the result of research which is also contrasting with analysis for actual land-use of estimated area coverage. Finally, the method this paper presents can be a reference for the correlative personnel pursuing in planning and estimating for city or region .It can also be used to provide consultation for the city planning department and the environment managing department in construction of city's ecology. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Land-ecology suitability, Fuzzy assessment, Geographic information systems, Emeishan city | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
