In general, product is more simple, so is more reliant correspondingly. Whereas, the reliability of product will fall with the increase of its complexity. So with the improvement of the level of automatization of the dosing equipment, the complexity of its structure, the product will get more fault, get shorter average working time. How to keep the dosing equipment reliability , at the same time improve its capability is a difficulty point. The paper will put up a pilot study of reliability on dosing equipment and its correlative technology. A reliability-design analysis will be give to the dosing equipment system. Firstly, setting up a reliability model of the dosing equipment according to the relation of reliability function between the function of system and the unit of system framer. Secondly, improving the former fuzzy reliability assign methods, then getting a more impersonal and exacter assigning result by using the methods to the reliability assigning. Then, set up the fault tree of the measure unit and the vacuum unit ,two maximal invalidation units in the dosing equipment, the fix quantify numeration is going into the invalidation of the top event by using engineering plus FTA. Lastly, bringing reliability design technology to design and analyse the hardware and software system of the dosing equipment.Using Taguchi Methods to optimize the design of the project because of the situation of the low workpiece choiceness and more parameter involved. Some parts have a better design according to the ideology of Taguchi Methods in order to improve the stability and reliability of the airproof of the sealed doors.Summarizing these facts of using reliability mounting experimentation to the upper manufacture of the dosing equipment. Comparing the change of the capability and the reliability of the front and the back of the reliability mounting.
