With the decreasing of onshore oil and gas resources,the global development of marine oil and gas resources has gradually increased.The underwater production system is the main mode for the development of medium and deep water marine oil and gas resources,and underwater multiphase booster pumping System is one of the key equipments for the underwater production system.In deep sea operations,underwater multiphase booster pumping systems are often subjected to complex environmental loads and working loads,and the likelihood of failure is greatly increased.The maintenance of the key structure of the underwater multiphase booster pumping system is difficult to replace.After the structural failure,it not only causes the oil and gas to be difficult to transport normally,but also causes the pollution of the marine environment in more severe cases.Therefore,reliability research is an indispensable part in the design process of underwater multiphase booster pumping system.First of all,this paper introduces the overall design scheme of the 1500 m underwater multiphase booster pumping system,and clarifies the structure,function and working environment of the whole system,which provides the basis for reliability analysis,reliability assignment and reliability prediction.Secondly,the failure mode and effect analysis method are used to analyze the failure of the entire underwater multiphase booster pumping system.The failure mode and failure reason of the system are analyzed,and the scores of relevant experts are considered to calculate the risk priority number(RPN),and the most serious failure reason in the system is clarified.And effective improvement measures are put forward for the most serious failure reasons.Then,in order to solve the problem that the fault record data cannot be accurately obtained in the actual project,and the FMEA cannot consider the limitations of human factors and environmental factors other than its own factors.Based on the failure modes obtained by failure mode and influence method analysis,the failure mode with small influence is neglected.For the working system,the power system and the control system where the most serious failure mode is located,the reliability analysis is carried out by using the fuzzy fault tree analysis method.Qualitative analysis yield 77 failure causes.Quantitative analysis calculate the system reliability interval and fuzzy probability importance.Finally,The reliability prediction of the underwater multiphase booster pumping system is completed by fault tree analysis.And the reliability index of the whole system is estimated quantitatively,which verifies the rationality of the index in the task book.The reliability distribution model of the underwater multiphase booster pumping system is established,the analytic hierarchy process is used to distribute the reliability of the underwater multiphase booster pumping system.The reliability indicators are implemented in each unit to provide a basis for the design and manufacture of each unit of the system.
