Studies On The Preparation Of Efficient Natural Polymer Flocculant By Using Agricultural Waste

Today,the full speed development of science and technology and productivity are unprecedented. With the industrial civilization bringing us the happiness, we find that the whole earth environment mankind depend on for existence can't bear the heavy load more and more . Among the varied environmental problems, the water resource problems is undoubtedly the most severe environmental problem and social concern nowadays and even in the future that the mankind face. So the request dealt with the waste water is more urgent.Flocculant is the most widely adopted in waste water treatment. Flocculant effect concerns with the flocculant property directly.Four natural organic polymer flocculant named CCNF-1, CCNF-2, RHNF-1, RHNF-2 was prepared by the waste of agriculture industry—corn core and rice husk in this article.Its preparation was to modify the raw material with cationic reagent. The best conditions of synthetic condition and flocculated were confirmed through a large number of experiments and studies.In addition, through the investigation of the result of the practical waste water treatment,the better actual using value was showed by them.In this paper preparation 5g corn core or rice husk was used the matrix, Fe²⁺ —H₂O₂ was utilized as the initiator and the flocculant was producted at 50°C -90°Cfor 3h- 5h by mixed with 2.5g-10g cationic reagent. Corn core and rice husk was alklified for 0.5h^lh under the condition of H₂O 80-92ml,NaOH 8-20g before the above reaction.At last the best efficient flocculant was obtained.Through the experiment of the beaker, various kinds of factors concerns with the flocculant property were investigated separately, at the same time , the whole effect of the flocculant, the stability and space effect carried on research.The experiment proves these flocculant has better property.The flocculanting properties of them were studied using three kinds of waste water—life waste water, deinking waste water and view water body solution. A surprise was given in this experimental that the four natural high polymers flocculating the actual waste water.These natural environmental-protected flocculant open up extensive field for agricultural wastes recycle and study on flocculant ,and produce the good economic benefits and environmental benefit.
