Microstructure of Heterogeneous Materials has directly effect on macro-mechanics properties and macro-physics properties, With the development of finite element method and computation technique, The people can make use of finite element method to imitate microstructure in order to forecast properties for microstructure. Consequently, On the base of visualized simulation for microstructure, we have choosed large-scale and commonly software ABAQUS and the software we developed by ourselves, then we carry on meshing for Microstructure of Heterogeneous Materials which make foundation of simulation for Microstructure of Heterogeneous Materials in the future.As everyone knows, Finite element method is in common use for forecasting organized-properties of Microstructure of Heterogeneous Materials. During the course of the forecasting by use of Finite element method, meshing is the heart of it, thus, how to meshing for Microstructure of Heterogeneous Materials is our thought. By which we discover the articles reported abroad, we find that crystallite-meshing is procducted by use of special software, and cost of it is very expensive.This article presents in details a meshing technique, which was developed by means of you produced software TransMesh along with commercial finite element software ABAQUS, to mesh complex microstructures of heterogeneous materials in an object-oriented manner. The technique, making use of C and Python code compiling languages and embodied via the software TransMesh, succeeds in constructing Representative Volume Elements for two-dimensional complex microstructures of the heterogeneous materials in ABAQUS environment, and provides further the function to mesh specifically in terms of given mesh parameters. The authors have developed first the advanced meshing technique before anyone else in domestic and possess all intellectual property rights.There are two aspects in this article: imitation part and computation part.Imitation part have introduced Python which the program is on base of C program, we can use it to automatic produce crystalline, and can realize parameter-meshing, and all this will make base of forecasting properties of Microstructure of Heterogeneous Materials.Computation part have introduced sub-model method applied for compute stress and stain of polycrysta microstructure.
