Meshing transmission of gear is achieved through continuous contact between conjugate tooth surface,meshing characteristic determines the reliability of gear transmission.Shearer traction is the power transmission component of traction movement.Power transmission of shearer traction is achieved through gear transmission system,and meshing characteristic of gear transmission system directly affects the reliability of shearer tractive motion.Therefore the meshing characteristic of traction gear transmission system is of great significance for analysis.Based on the gear transmission system of traction as the research object,the research of static and dynamic meshing characteristics of gear transmission as well as the analysis of traction gear transmission system reliability and the gradual reliability are given in this paper.The concrete research content is as follows:Firstly,the validation of ANSYS in aspect of gear contact analysis is verified.Static meshing parametric finite element model of gear transmission is established.Static meshing simulation of complete engagement period is achieved through continuous adjustment of the meshing position.The variation of meshing stress for traction gear transmission system each stage gear transmission is analyzed by contrast with the theory,and the transmission between the second stage sun gear and planet gear has the worst working conditions.Then the parameter effect of meshing stress in gear meshing process is investigated.Secondly,the validation of ANSYS/LS-DYNA in aspect of gear dynamic contact analysis is verified.With the example of gear transmission between the second stage sun gear and planet gear,dynamic meshing parametric finite element model of gear transmission is built.The variation of dynamic meshing angular velocity and dynamic meshing force for gear transmission is analyzed.Furthermore,dynamic meshing force spectrum analysis is given.Then the parameter effect of dynamic meshing force in gear meshing process is investigated.Then,the function expression between gear basic parameters and meshing contact stress in static meshing and dynamic meshing finite element analysis is achieved by BP neural network fitting.Considering the randomness of the gear parameters,the reliability and reliability sensitivity of both static meshing and dynamic meshing of each stage gear transmission are studied based on FOSM method of reliability.The reliability model of traction gear transmission is established.Then the reliability of static meshing and dynamic meshing of traction gear transmission system are compared and analyzed.Finally,based on gear contact fatigue strength calculation formula and considering the effect of contact fatigue gradual parameter,the gradual reliability model of traction gear transmission system is built.The distribution parameters of gear contact random variables are determined.The gradual reliability and gradual reliability sensitivity of each stage gear transmission are studied based on AFOSM method and Monte Carlo simulation.And the time-varying rules of the gradual reliability of traction gear transmission system are calculated and analyzed.
