This paper selects calces ,coke breeze and sinter ash as material which were mixed and experienced activation, in the end, getting a new desulfurizing agents on 5000m3/h CFBA. Desulfurizing agents is calces,and addition agents is coke breeze and sinter ash. The aim of this study is to make the best used of the alkalescent raw material and alkalescent waste material of the steel corporation. So it help to find a new kind of the desulfurization reagent which can be used in the ore sintering flue gas desulfiirization in circulating fluidized bed absorber and reduce the run cost, increase the desulfurization reagent using ratio. The result of the study may give the support to the ore sintering flue gas desulfurization.The research was done under the condition of 143-1278 mg/Nm3 SO2 inlet concentration, 4300-4900 m3/h, 3m/s gas speed and 80-200 °C ore sintering flue gas. The research included desulfurization reagent contrastive test, particle diameter selecting test and spraying humidifier test to the three kinds of desulfurization reagent. The results of tests indicated that the desulfurization reagent C had better desulfurization capability, higher Ca using ratio and better economy of material in the three kinds of desulfurization reagent. The contrastive analysis was done to the changing particle diameter in the before and after desulfurization. When selecting particle diameter range of speediness fluidized exercise, the diameter of calces ,coke breeze and sinter ash respectively lower dp<350μm( p p =2615kg/m3),dp<400μm( P p =2185kg/m3) and dp<260μm ( P p =4617kg/m3 ) are fit for the state. At the same time, the assessment of particle diameter can calculate through ultimate sedimentation speed of particle if lacking basic lab data of particle. In the humidifier test, the chemistry imbibing and absorption existed contemporary. When the gas temperature exceed 100℃,the liquid state water ofdesulfurization reaction area was the key to keep higher efficiency of desulfurization. And desulfurization efficiency would hoist along with falling of difference of the gas exit temperature ang the gas dew point temperature. When the difference was 10-20℃, the desulfurization efficiency increased fleetly. When humidifier amount was 4.4-5 L/1000Nm3 and the gas exit temperature was 70-90 ℃, the desulfurization efficiency can reach 80% upwards and it will increase during increasing of Ca/S. When Ca/S is 1.4 upwards, it will increase slowly. When 10 ℃ of At, 0.024-0.036 L/kg·m2 of cascading density and 1.3-1.5 of Ca/S, the desulfurization reagent B, C, D can reach desulfurization efficiency 80% and Ca using ratio can reach 45% upwards in the equipment.
