Study On The Temperature Measurement Technology Of Cement Cooler Material Based On CCD Colorimetry

Grate cooler is important to the cement burnt system. It plays an important role in cooling,conveying and reclaim the heat of clinker. In grate cooler, the heat exchange between high temperature clinker and cooling wind can reflect the change of temperature rapidly. Therefore, the real-time measurement of clinker temperature field is important to reduce the equipments' damage caused by poor cooling and improve the automation level of grate cooler. Firstly, this paper analyzes the status of domestic and foreign research on the measurement methods of clinker temperature field. After analyzing grate cooler, both the structure and work principle of CCD and are studied. Then, the temperature measurement model of CCD colorimetric method is founded. Further more, the new scheme that measurement of cement cooler clinker's temperature field based on CCD colorimetry is presented. Secondly, combining heat transferring with engineering fluid mechanics, calculation is done to cooling system. Especially the model relevant to input cooling air and inside diameter of cooling bushing is established. It becomes theory fundament for practical application. Moreover, two times filtering are used in order to improve filtering effectiveness, and the best installing positions and shapes are designed to obtain complete and reliable clinker images. Thirdly, optical system is researched in details. Geometrical light-path model of image-forming system is analyzed in order to image on CCD depth of focus, and also in certain temperature range, mathematic model of optimizing colorimetric wavelengths is obtained, and the function of bandwidths and the minimum illuminance are determined. Finally, experiment is completed based on simulation. The feasibility is enhanced, and by using of false color the results of experiment are shown in the end.
