Adamantane (AdH) is a highly symmetric cage hydrocarbon, which has unique structure and performance. It was widely used in medicine, polymer, surfactant, catalyst, photosensitive material and so on, so it was reputed as "the New Generation of Fine Chemical Material". Traditional AdH synthesis methods were Closed Ring Method, AlCl3 Isomerization Method, Improved AlCl3 Isomerization Method, Zeolite Catalytic Isomerization Method and so on. Though certain AdH yield could be obtained from these methods, but some defects were also existed, such as complex reaction steps, a lot of side reactions, erosion and environment problems and so on. To overcome these defects, endo-tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene (endo-TCD) was used as reaction material, functionalized molecular sieve as catalyst to reserach the synthesis of AdH by batch method. In this paper, functionalized molecular sieve catalysts including SZ/REY, SZ/USY and SZ/MCM-41 were prepared and valued. The Room Temperature Method was used, and TEOS was used as silica source, CTMABr as template agent to synthesize mesoporous molecular sieve. And then, Zr(NO3)4 ? 5H2O was used as Zr source to make functionalized modification of REY, USY & MCM-41, and then molecular sieve solid superacid SZ/REY, SZ/USY 和 SZ/MCM-41 were prepared respectively. And Zr(NO3)4 ? 5H2O was also used as Zr source to prepare pure solid superacid SZ.10%SZ/REY was used as catalyst to synthesize adamantane by changing reaction temperature and hydrogen pressure, to reserach the influence of reaction temperature and hydrogen pressure on the isomerization reaction. For the influence of reaction temperature, the AdH yield and selectivity were both increased at first, and then decreased, and the maximum was lied in 250 ℃. For the influence of hydrogen pressure, the AdH yield and selectivity were both increased at first, and then decreased, and the maximum was lied in 1.5MPa. So 250℃ & 1.5MPa (hydrogen pressure) were preferred.Under the following condition: the reaction temperature was 250 ℃, and...
